Tapioca Porridge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of tapioca flour;
  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 500 ml coconut milk;
  • 3 cups sugar;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 3 cinnamon sticks;
  • Carnations to taste;
  • Cinnamon powder for sprinkling.

Preparation

Mix everything and bring to the boil to cook, stirring it constantly, over low heat, until creating consistency (check if you put sugar enough). If it gets thick put more milk. When the porridge cools a lot, so do not let the thick porridge still hot, it gets even more fluid otherwise, it will become pyramid when it cools. Serve it in mugs powdered with cinnamon powder.
