Tapioca Cheese Bread

Ingredients

• 2 cups of tapioca flour
• 200g of cream cheese 
• 150g of fresh grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

1- Add the tapioca flour and the curd in a bowl, mix well. Add the grated cheese and mix everything until it forms a dough.
2 – Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3 – Grease your hands with butter or oil, take small pieces of dough and make balls.
4 – Place in a non-stick or greased pan.
5 – Bake at 200ºC for 35 minutes or until golden.
